Ms. Casey is the Director of Highway Programs for the Orange County Transportation Authority, responsible for developing and delivering major freeway, rail and highway projects. Rose’s current capital development program includes 33 major, high profile projects with accelerated delivery schedules, valued at nearly $5 billion and funded by Renewed Measure M, Proposition 1B and other State, Federal and local funding sources. She works in partnership with many other public agencies involved in transportation development, and oversees numerous teams of private consultants and contractors who help deliver the projects.
