Complete Streets and Technology Conference Information

FOR EXHIBITORS:

• The event is at the Carson Community Center at 801 East Carson Street, Carson.

• Setup for exhibitors begins at 6:30 am.  Please sign in to receive your credentials.  Attendees start registering/arriving at 7:30 am. 

• All tables are on a first-come basis both in the atrium and in the lunchroom.  Those who requested the lunchroom and were confirmed as space being available will setup in the lunchroom, all others will setup in the atrium.

• It is easier to park on the east side of the Community Center as it is a shorter walk to the venue.

• Tables are six feet in length and will have a tablecloth and two chairs.  Please feel free to bring your own tablecloth if you would like and give the one provided to a member of the Center staff.

• There is room behind each table for roll-up type displays, not to exceed six feet in width.

• If you bring a door prize please provide it when you check in at the registration desk.

• Power is limited, especially in the atrium.  If you need power please bring a heavy extension cord and power strip.

• If you have handouts or a display you may want to bring paper weights, especially if you are in the atrium which subject to winds.

• The event ends at 3:30 pm, but you may breakdown your booth once the afternoon sessions begin if you need to leave early.
