Salary Range: $124,996-$167,507. Based on recent labor negotiations, the range will increase to $174,207 in 2023 and $182,917 in 2024
The City of La Palma seeks a Director of Public Works/Community Services to plan, direct, manage, and oversee the department. The new director will thrive working in this small culture environment allowing them to grow their knowledge, experience, and resume as well as to prepare them for advancement by introducing them to various Public Works and Recreational projects and responsibilities. Non-safety employees work a 9.5-hour work schedule Monday through Thursday with every Friday off.
